I am very impressed with the efficient, polite and caring staff ( Doctors, nurses and many other categories of staff ) of BMC at Level 4 & ICU during my admission from 26-12-2016 to 03-02-2017( 38days ).Thank you very much for the companionate cares rendered to me and I will recommend my relatives and friends to BMC should they need any medical cares . I had a c-section here on the 26th October 2016, 2 am. I planned to have my c-section at 26/6/2016, 2 pm, instead the baby chooses to arrive at 2 am., lol. Thank you to Dr. Nicholas for delivering my baby and providing the best birth experience that I will remember always. Everything is good, but there is one downside. I booked a single room about a week before and when I arrived, there is no single room available. Privacy is very important to me and my family, Instead I was put inside a shared bedroom. Later that night, at about 9 pm, they moved me to a single room and yes I got charged for a full day stay in a single room but when in fact I spend less than 12 hours in that single room. I thought there might be compensation for this. If it is not for the room issue, I would give 5 stars to BMC. I will return to BMC again for my third pregnancy solely because of Dr. Nicholas services.
