Looking for experienced Confinement centre operator

Recently I take over a confinement centre in Ulu Tiram,Johor.

Myself based on KL,so I am looking for a operator to operate this centre.

Facilities in the centre are completed,it is a double stories,30 rooms with full furniture and airconds,2 babies rooms,2 offices and 1 gym room.

It is ready to operate any time.
