Those who are serious on achieving their fitness goals or weight loss goals, I would highly reccomend the personal training here. I had 40 sessions , loss a total of 10kg over a period of 1 year and I've achieved mine all thanks to Steven for the hardcore training and valuable advice.

Small but there are just enough machines and barbells to make it complete but very annoying when it gets crowded. Air con isn't working very well and they don't turn it on, making the place very hot. Basic gym for beginners.
