Even though he specialises in shirts and formal coats, he was nevertheless able to direct me to the appropriate store for the tailoring of my winter coat when I first asked for tailoring services for it. I was rewarded with a piece of white shirt that Ben measured and fashioned to fit me exactly. He assured me that additional shirt personalisation would always be possible, and I received it in less than two weeks!
