The system makes sense from a logical point of view, such as certain actions that rely on previous actions. It is easy to learn and use. I wish there were more available and easier to use keyboard shortcuts on the system to make processing faster. It was very useful to look at KPI's for the store, based on different dates as well. We were also able to look at the specific items sold to gain an understanding of what was popular for the day or week.

Simple to use theres not so many steps to do tasks. Our company uses two different programs within. Not sure is one was bought with conversion but overall this one is much easier to navigate. Fast. Its easy to use and has multiple functions. Inventory is better & faster customer service. Knowing what we have is easier now than it was at other retailers.
