I first booked a Chinese confinement lady but she did not turn up for work. it was terrible as i was 1 month to my due date. Worst of all she did not return my deposit! I searched everywhere and came accross Mediguide Moms website. I contacted them and luckily for me they had someone available. I used a Philipino her name is Ana. I highly recommend her. She was very good and patient and knew all the Chinese confinement dos and donts. She made amazing sesame chicken and tea. I was truly happy and i paid Rm 3000 for the whole month.it was totally worth. The best of all was they she supported breastfeeding and Medigudie Moms gave me a book that Ana used to track how many times my baby diaper was changed and how long each feeding was to ensure i had enough supply of milk. I have just completed my confinement with Mediguide. The lady introduced to me her name is Analyn. Ana was really good to me during my confinement. she handled night feed and took care of my baby and me really well. She was very patient and was very gentle. Her patience is what made me liked her alot. Mediguide was supportive as well. they thought me how to use tesco online shopping so i can get my stuff delivered to the house which was very useful during confinement and they gave me many practical tips. Analyn massages was very nice as too. If you are looking for somone who is really patience then i definitely would suggest to ask for Analyn. and yes she brought food for me to the bed as well and train my maid at home on how to bathe baby and handle the feeding so my maid can help me take care of my baby after her service is over. this was very generous of her.

Hey I have used the service of Mediguide Mom. i must say they are good. the lady who took care of me her name is Sharon. I could not afford paying chinese aunties for rm 4000 so i took a philipino for 2.3k and i had my doubts initially whether this would be a good choice. But to my surprise Sharon was really good. She knew all traditional chinese herbs, she made chinese tea, soft baby massage and i was extremeley happy with the meals and services she provided. I must say the training they get is really good Sharon also uses a mediguide uniform while working and a checklist was given to me on things i need to know while on confinement. She was really caring to my baby and me and would bring food to the bed though i told her no need, i felt bad but she insisted for bed rest. Thankfully my confinement went smoothly and i did not have any problem during my confinement and now i use part time lady from mediguide also. I was breastfeeding but for night i would pump milk to the bottle and Sharon would feed the baby as she wanted me to have a good sleep at night. She insisted on us 3 sleeping in the same room as i can be close to my baby even at night. And yes i must agree that the breast feeding support from mediguide was really helpfull. I recommended them to few of my friends and so far no complains. I would suggest to try them out as i had a very good experience with them.
