Pros
Have been here for more than 1 year and exposed to audit, tax, company secretary. Helpful seniors and open policy and can discuss with boss openly. Boss reward according to perfornance so i got 2 increment in a year. Understand why some not happy if they under perform.
Cons
Boss gives a lot of independence but also expect staff to perform. Need to know how to plan work
