I like the fact that I Concept provides their best service regardless of whether your business is big or small. I registered my domain and hosting with I Concept as well as subscribing to their annual maintenance service. It's been about 5 years or so but I remain a loyal customer.

I-Concept deliver their promise of making sure they complete the project in the way I want it. I am not suppose to make changes to the design after the coding is done, but they accommodated my request and get it done. I am please. Keep keep up. Ok, if you ask me what they can improve on, I will say maybe the design part (granting that design is somehow subjective) and the development speed.
