Apart of comfortable room, nurses are friendly. You just need to keep up with a good system when patient want to check out. Waited 3hrs just to make payment but end up nurses didnt call us in wards and we ourselves went down to make payment. You should inform us that its ready to make payment instead just let us waiting for 3hrs. Other than that, it's excellent. TQ all staff nurse and doctor

Wonderful doctors and nurses. Fat hope expecting this from other private hospitals in Malaysia. But the HR of Assunta better look after the well being of their nurses, there's a wave of very very good dedicated nurses leaving Assunta and this is very unacceptable. Nurses are end of the line in customer service and the Assunta management has been screwing things up since roughly 2 years ago!

Its exactly 1 year i had a surgery in assunta.. my experience was wonderful..i was taken good care of not minding my race..the staff were all so friendly...the nurses in lavender ward are just too awesome and so caring.i really appreciate Dr kuharaja and his team..God bless you all.

The service is good. Nurses and doctor is very friendly and caring. The only one things might be improve is it takes quite long since first came in till I met doctor and do the first checking.

I have done my arm surgery twice with Dr. Vivek and done my check up with Dr. Tee yesterday.Both doctors are friendly and explained in detailed on the procedure.was worried about the scars as well, but i was convinced and a good job done by Dr Vivek as the scars can't be really seen.not forgetting the registration counter as the lady(didn't catch her name) was really helpful with my insurance and not forgetting the super friendly nurses.. Bravo..

I feel like home. Friendly and warm nurses especially from Lavender and Melati ward. Many thanks to Dr Thye and Dr Ragu during my warded days. They have been very caring and friendly and carefully explained what I have gone through and patience with my questions. Thank you for taking care of me. Except for 3 things which I am sure can be improved. 1) The admission registration counter (when I admitted on 4th Oct at 1am). I called the insurance at 1am to check whether they have approved, they did and said they have replied at around 12.20am. I politely asked the lady at admission counter and she answered in a fierce manner. I know it was late hour, but no harm in giving the sick customer a friendly face and answered in good manner kan?. 2) Also I have waited for 30 to 45 minutes to get a chest x ray at 2am...sitting alone in the waiting area was an eery feeling ok..... 3) There were mosquitos at emergency & x ray waiting area. Not good especially in preventing denggi. Thank you!

One of the popular private hospitals with specialists. Very friendly staff and nurses. Clean and well maintained.

Just another private hospital where they'll milk you as much as they can. On the other hand, excellent service as the nurses are professional including those student nurses
