They have a contract to handle my personal US and Singaporean taxes. They extend time to finish my taxes, but they don't update to me.Avoid these tax preparers if at all possible.

Despite the challenging situation, most people are friendly and helpful. Two sides of the same coin: the work is hard and takes a lot of time, but you get a ton of experience and learning. If you're an aspiring consultant or accountant, please consider your options carefully and consider doing an internship before committing full-time!
