Good and wonderful service. My car was declared as total lost recently and in order to request letter of undertaking I was asked to visit my hire purchase bank PB. Went to the nearest branch PB Rawang, was told to visit the bank my hire purchase was made aka Setapak branch, and as an HCW to take AL/off is an extremely hard thing to do. Ive contacted PB Setapak and they were extremely efficient and fast to settle this job within 3 days. I didn't even need to visit the branch. Thank you Encik Azmi! Keep up the good service.
