Admin team name Nani is very unprofessional and she has terrible mindset of service, included an agency name Angeline Lim who forwarded task to Nani once I contacted her. They couldn't manage work together as well like they came from another company which no synchronized info. Nani sent wrong information 2 times and took time for many days to weeks to fix and clarify correct info to me. First was electricity bill too expensive for 1 month and second was invoice of 2 months rental that require me to pay with over price. Admin team did mistakes because they don't have detail-oriented skill, bad service-minded, and didn't aware to send receipts to tenants ontime after they paid all. I haven't received any receipts since I moved in, they didn't care to send me even I ask for many times.
