Not recommended. We have introduced this company from one of our colleague and we had a trust getting the car shipment done from KL to Kota Kinabalu smoothly.
However the shipment got delayed thus we didnt get our car on the promised date. Fair enough, we do understand that there could be unexpected thing happens during the process but what we do concern is that there was NO updates given. So we made few approaches to them by calling and messaging to ask for it. However, they didnt answer our calls nor messages, a total neglect took part. We are extremely frustrated for not getting the information.
Updating and keeping clients being informed are one of its essentials for customer service, isnt it?
This is total neglected service we shall call it and ever experienced. Theyre calling themselves "Pro" movers. Well, its a big question mark to that if they know the definition of it.
