I called to tell them their system is down. Instead of explaining properly to me, the man behind the phone was rude to me by telling me that their system is fine repeatedly and ask me to try again. He obviously can't wait to go home. I don't expect you to fix it for me but at least take note and not being impolite in a conversation.Thank you for hiring someone who can't even differentiate Good Afternoon and Good Evening at 4.30pm.

本来英文不怎么好，到那儿上课以后，英语说的比较好了。不过想到这里学英文的朋友，建议在家也得复习，这样才能在课堂上发问，了解更多知识。 British Council 的学费不便宜，但学习环境还算不错。
