Giving expired eyedrop to patient. When requesting for exchange, the doctor ask to pay money to purchase a new 1. What the???

Clinic full with patients during this pandemic and no SOP, all the staff and doctor was not protected and cover them well, didn sanitize the place after patients touch or sit. If you concerning about the transmission better dont go this shop.

Given appointment,but cannot follow! Keep on receiving patients without appointment! The malay nurse was *inappropriate word* and cannot handle well at the counter! Not confident when asking questions! Cannot answer!

Kalau siapa mau godah, boleh datang sini, malay nurse tu miang ckp giller. Senang digodah je.... Gerdik giller, minta phone terus bagi. Suka senyum manis manisan godah laki.

Extremely expensive and not willing to answer questions. Did my dad eye Rm4800 not good, cant see clear, when ask to the dr not keen to answer, just tell is like that. What is this *inappropriate words* answer?
