Klinik Pergigian Kelana Jaya

Located on Level 1 of Klinik Kesihatan Kelana Jaya. It's almost full of patients when I registered myself at 8.15am. Then, fill up the form before queuing for Blood pressure reading at 9am. Now, to wait for dental inspection. Looking at the crowds, I assume it will be around noon to complete Seniir citizens 60 years and above is free while others charced for RM1 being registration fees. Counter staff being lectured by elderly patient to be patient and provide good service. Rude attitude are not acceptable. Filling each costs RM2, reasonably cheap. Waiting period of 3 hours is worthwhile. Why waste paying exorbitant high costs to private dentist who does the same thing.

I always avoid to go government clinic because i have many bad experience with them before. But this one in Kelana Jaya definitely a FAVOURITE. Doc is attentive and informative. Nurses are helpful esp Sr Hawa. Even got free toothpaste. Only 1 downside is the cleanliness of toilet.

Doc and nurse very nice. The treatment going really well. Just need to wait. It's worth to wait.

The Pengarah Mdm Kaur from my observation was very helpfull in every expect towards public and staff. Very unfortunate one of the Doctor does not seems to be carrying out her duty as prescribe by government general order. Hopefull she is not the main culprit to bring down the Clinic 5 star Rating for the boss. Job well done. Clean environment and good standard this giving Private Hospital to shame hopefully.
