Patients commonly report that their sneezing and runny-nose get worse when going out under the sun, and that air-conditioning worsens their allergic rhinitis. They are half right. Changes in humidity, temperature and certain air pollutants have an independent irritant effect on the nasal mucosa. Air pollutants may be divided into indoor and outdoor categories. Examples of such irritants include cigarette smoke and car exhaust fumes.

Dr Lim is speaking in china ascent. Made an appointment if possible. Sometimes the clinic is crowded but sometimes not. I love the micro camera which can view the conditions inside ears. The charges by Dr. Lim is reasonable, it surprised me because my friends always said the doctor in Gleaneagle is very expensive.

Dr Lim Wye Keat is a kind ENT surgeon. I faced ear pain and eardrum burst last year, and he managed to cure my ear after few weeks treatment. The consultant fees charged is around RM60, which I think is considered very cheap among the specialist. Advise to arrive on time and made appointment with the clinic.

My fiancee had a swollen lymph node and went to Dr Lim for consultation. He had her do a few tests (Allergy/TB/Lymphoma) but proved inconclusive and came to the conclusion that he needed to remove the node. He wanted to do this even without fully knowing what problem she had. I decided that we should go for a second opinion. When we went for a second opinion, turns out she had a tumor at the back of her nose and that it was cancerous. I do not even want to imagine what would have happened had Dr Lim attempted to remove the node. This is just my experience with Dr Lim and your experience might be more pleasant than mine. The point I'm trying to make her is that you should seek a second opinion.Just FYI, my fiancee has sinusitis due to radio therapy treatment and we're planning on going for a PET/CT scan (as per her Oncologist's request) and use that scan for our current ENT to determine if she needs surgery.
