Dr. Gan is patient , knowledgeable, emphatic and goes the extra mile to care for his patients. A true gem indeed in the musical profession!

Dr Gan is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and compassionate doctors i have consulted. He is the epitome of what a doctor should be.

I'm very GLAD I found Dr Gan. For many good reasons, I find him easy to talk to, friendly, humble, professional, he can explain to me well in Hokkien or English too. Especially some medical jargon.

Seen other ENT, and they probably spent 5mins on explanation only.

For the detailed explanation I get from this doctor, I must say the charges is super reasonable. Very good quality treatment. No pain for camera system checking the nose, ear and throat.

My wife not good at taking photo. This is the only picture I have. I will surely recommend him to any friends or relatives.

To my surprise, this doctor is actually very knowledgeable. Skilful, and professional. Explains all my problems in full details. Really the kind of doctor I have always wished to see. Exceeding my expectations.

Last week I notice my hearing was muffled and pain over my left ear after a swim. Called up my friend who is an insurance agent if he knows any good ENT doctor. Glad I took his advice. Dr Gan gave me some medication for the ear, few days later he removed my "solid yellow gold aka severely impacted ear wax a.k.a黄金" (the size was massive!) Glad he managed to take it out without any pain. I guess the medication help softened the hardened wax. He got very steady hands, very chill character and cool.

My daughter has some bleeding inside the ear after cleaned with cotton bud. Brought her to see Dr.Gan in Island Hospital because we trust the doctors in Island. Extremely impressed with his patience and you know he is very knowledgeable from his explanation. Thankful for his reassurance too. Highly recommended.

Dua minggu lalu, telinga gue tiba-tiba sakit bangat, berdarah. Lalu merasa ada gangguan pendenggaran. Teman2 rekomen berobat ke Penang. Sarankan segera konsultasi dengan dokter Gan (spesialis THT). Dibilang tmn merasa amat puas dan konsultasinya baik.

Jadi langsung ketemu dokter Gan. Saya ga perlu antri lama2 untuk daftar. Prosedurnya jadi lebih mudah dan lancar. Udah diberikan tindakan pengecekan lanjutan. Dokter sangat ramah, komunikatif, jujur, dan berkompeten. Hasil konsultasi bagus skli.

Dibilang dokter gendang telinga pecah, Saran dokter melakukan operasi(myringoplasty). Sedang dalam process pemulihan. Minggu depan kontrol paska operasi lagi. Terima kasih ya dok atas bantuanya!
